中文摘要 | 隨著經濟發展,臺灣服務業產值占國內生產毛額比重已達七成,成為我國經濟的主幹。惟國內目前在服務業景氣方面,缺乏完整性之調查 與統計。本研究參考國外現有服務業調查做法,配合我國服務業現況,試圖以廣受OECD及EU會員國採用之景氣趨向調查(Business Tendency Surveys, BTS)方法,規劃推動臺灣服務業景氣調查之進行方向。由於景氣趨向調查為屬質調查,可降低填答者負擔,提高回收率,並且能及 早掌握市場訊息。因此,本研究建議國內應儘速辦理相關調查,以迅速、確實反映整體服務業景氣之變化。 |
英文摘要 | As Taiwan's economy has developed, its service sector has grown to account for more than 70 percent of GDP. But while services have become the mainstay of the economy, there is still a lack of adequate surveys and statistics for this sector. This study attempts to map the way for conducting business surveys of Taiwan's service sector, drawing guidance from survey methods used overseas that match the circumstances of Taiwan's service industry, and using the business tendency survey approach widely adopted by OECD and EU member countries. As business tendency surveys are qualitative, they are less of a burden to respondents, which mans they are likely to elicit a higher ratio of responses and hence deliver fuller and more reliable data. Therefore, this study recommends that Taiwan should develop such surveys as early as possible, so that changes in business conditions throughout the service sector can be identified swiftly and accurately. |
