中文摘要 | 領導者的領導風格的員工的工作滿意,也決定領導的效能。有關領導風格的研究有早期所主張的特質理論、領導行為理論、領導情境權變理論,與近年所強調的新型領導理論,均在研究最佳的領導行為。我國近年來的經濟發展與結構顯示服務業佔GDP的比重已近七成,其中從事流通業的就業人口將近233萬(佔服務業就業人口之40%),流通業已成為主要的就業市場,流通業員工對其主管的領導風格知覺與期望值得探討。本研究以新型領導中的轉型領導與交易領導的構面為量測項目,流通業連鎖加盟業的建教合作學生為研究對象,針對流通業員工對其主管領導風格期望、知覺與差距的情形,進行分析與討論,最後並主管的養成訓練以及合宜的領導風格提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The leadership style of a supervisor affects employee satisfaction, and it also determines the effectiveness of a leader. Studies related to leadership style include earlier “Trait Theories of Leadership”, “Behavior Theories of Leadership”, “Contingency Theories”, and the more recent “new Leadership Theories”. All of these studies concentrate on the best leadership behavior. In recent years, the economic development and structure in our country suggest that service industry makes up nearly 70 percent of GDP; among which approximately 2.33 million of employee population (40 percent of total service industry employee population) are in the distribution industry. Distribution industry has become the main market for employee. Therefore it’s essential to study the perception and expectation of leadership style for employees of the distribution industry. This study used the dimensions of transformation leadership and transactional leadership for evaluation. Those students from Junior Extension College that contracted with chain stores and franchise association as its object, analyzes and discusses the expectation, perception and gap of employees to their supervisor’s leadership style in the distribution industry, and finally offers suggestion on the making and training of a supervisor and proper leadership style. |
