中文摘要 | 本研究將微富氧燃燒技術應用於1.8t/hr貫流式重油蒸汽鍋爐,並針對系統之長期運轉性能進行測試,性能測試包括:熱效率、煙氣中的產物成分濃度、排煙溫度,並針對運轉至今的節能率、可靠度、降污及經濟效益進行分析。性能測試結果顯示,採用微富氧燃燒技術後,鍋爐熱效率提升,排氣溫度下降,扣除製氧所增加之耗電量後,節能率可達19.8 %(已扣除電力消耗),系統可靠度為100 %。透過節能及經濟效益分析顯示,每年可節省66.24公秉重油,相當於節省127.97萬元燃料費,每年可減少148.71噸的CO2排放、436.5公斤的NOx排放及1,258.6公斤的SOx排放,投資回收年限為1.04年。 |
英文摘要 | This study was that applied the oxygen-enriched combustion on a 1.8 t/hr heavy oil fire-tube steam boiler and performed performance test of long-term running. The test items included thermal efficiency, emission, flue gas temperature, and so on. Meanwhile, fuel saving rate, reliability and emission reducing, and economic benefit were analyzed according to these data. The test results displayed that thermal efficiency increased and flue gas temperature decreased after adopting oxygen-enriched combustion. Moreover, the energy saving rate reached 19.8% (deduct electrical consumption). The fuel comsumption was decreased 66.24 m^3 heavy oil and fuel cost was saved NT$1.2797 M per year, respectively. For benefits of emission reduction, the CO2, NO(subscript x) and SO(subscript x) were reduced 148.71 tons, 436.5 kg and 1,258.6 kg per year, respectively. Finally, the system reliability maintained 100% and the return of invest (ROI) was 1.04 years. |
