中文摘要 | 健康養生觀念的興起,加上健康安全概念之需求,提升消費者對有機食品的接受度,有機食品逐漸成為飲食的潮流和趨勢。故本研究以台南縣市地區消費者為對象,採隨機取樣方式在有機商店及各地區人口聚集處發放問卷進行調查,探討消費者對有機食品之認知、態度、需求、消費行為及其間之相關性,並找出會影響消費者購買有機食品行為之因素。經單因子變異數分析、描述性統計及卡方檢定進行統計分析後,本研究發現大部分填答者對有機食品的觀念與其定義相符合,消費者對有機食品的訊息主要來自報章雜誌和電視廣告,且購買有機食品的最主要動機是覺得對身體比較健康,而個人收入、有機食品是否具有認證及促銷活動皆會刺激消費者增加購買有機食品之動機。同時,在有機食品之資訊公開透明化,政府有明確立法規範及每人可支配金額足夠的情況下,台南地區之消費者將會接受對有機食品之消費。 |
英文摘要 | Because of people getting more and more attentions on their healthy life style in recent year, organic foods already become a trend. The purposes of this study were to understand the Tainan consumers’ cognition, attitudes and needs toward organic foods and to discuss the factors which could influence the consumers purchasing style. Systematic random sampling method was employed at the organic stores and the area which people gathering in Tainan. The questionnaire in this study including the subjects of consumers’ cognition, the organic food purchasing style, the attitudes, the needs, the healthy life style and personal information. Results were collected and analysis by using description statistics, ANOVA and chi-square test to investigate the influencing factors of Tainan consumers’ cognition and the purchasing style to organic foods, then to evaluate the association between these factors. Our data showed almost all consumers understand the right definition of organic foods, and they purchased organic foods for the purpose to getting healthier. Their cognition toward organic foods was usually come from the reports of magazines and TV advertisements. The study also showed if consumers do have more incomes, organic foods were accredited, and promotion was held in organic food stores, they could make consumers in Tainan have willing to purchase more organic foods. In addition if the information of organic foods is transparent, the government could establish standards for organic foods and the consumers have enough money, the Tainan’s consumers will be promoted to purchase organic foods. |
