中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的,在探討飼糧銅對蛋小雞生產性狀與小腸絨毛高度、腺窩深度及肌 肉層厚度之影響。以三週齡之蛋小雞100隻,逢機分置於含銅0、50、100、250 及500(mg╱kg)飼糧之處理中,每處理組二重覆,試驗期間為三週。結果顯示:添 加銅500mg╱kg對蛋小雞有顯著不良影響(p<0.05),十二指腸、空腸及迴腸 之平均絨毛高度較對照組依序降低:31.9%、24.5%及15.7%,而肌肉層厚度 則顯著增厚(P<0.05)。其他試驗組之間差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the performanceand vill- us height, crypt depth and muscle layer thickness on the intestinal in growers. One hundred 3-week-old growers were randomly assigned to treatments with 0,50,100,250,and 500mg/kg dietary copper supplements. Each treatment with two replicates was lasted for 3 weeks. The results showed a significant performance depression for chicks fed 500 mg/kg copper (P<0.05). Compared to thecontrolled treament, 31.9%,24.5% and 15.7% of the average villus height of the duodenum, Jejunum and ileum reduced, however the muscle layer thickness increased significantly(P<0.05). |
