中文摘要 | 台灣紡織業現今面臨新材料、新技術、快速產品生命週期及全球化競爭的挑戰;加上人才資金普遍不足。因此為維持國際競爭力、分散風險及資源互補,廠商往往採取策略聯盟以取得新技術、或新市場,尤其是在開發特殊材科及高附加價值的新產品。故本研究探討具體影響學習成效的關鍵因素,以增加未來台灣紡織產業策略聯盟時成功的機率。研究發現聯盟互動關係、夥伴吸收能力與學習成效成正相關,而夥伴技術的內隱性呈負相關。亦即互動關係愈好、聯盟夥伴吸收能力越好時,學習成效越好,而夥伴技術的內隱越低峙,學習成效越好;聯盟夥伴的配適度及組織透明程度則對的學習成效影響不大。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan textile industry is facing great challenges on new materials、new technology、fast product life cycle、and severe global competition. In addition, shortage of people and capital are quite common in this industry. In order to maintain and sustain competitive advantages, companies in this industry generally adopt the strategic alliance to share risks and resources. Through strategic alliance, company can obtain necessary new technology or entering a new market. It is especially beneficial in new product development when companies want to develop special materials and high value-added products. Therefore, the goal of this research is to investigate the specific factors affect the learning effects of the strategic alliance in order to increase the success rate of the future strategic alliance. Findings of the research indicate that the learning effects are positively related to and prioritized in the following order: the partner's interaction, absorption ability, and the degree of non-tacit knowledge. However, the degree of partner's fitness and the degree of the organization transparency have less impact on the learning effects. The findings can be a useful reference for those who want to participate the strategic alliance in the future. |
