中文摘要 | 企業為了提升對外競爭優勢,不斷進行內部改造及引進最新資訊科技與策略方法,因此,知識管理策略應用在組織中扮演舉足輕重的重要角色。學校教師是培育將來企業人才的第一線,讓教師透過網路教學歷程的使用及知識管理的策略應用,有效培育未來企業人才,是教師、學校、及企業組織共同的目標。 本研究的主要目的,在於發展一個以知識管理理論基礎的網路教學歷程檔案應用平台。歷程檔案採用模組化建構方式,提供教師易於建構兼具個人自主、易使用性、開放性、以及資料安全的個人化、群性化、及後設認知化的網路教學歷程檔案互動平台。 研究首先根據研究者對教學歷程檔案及知識管理理論及平台等相關前置研究,進行後續的網路教學歷程檔案模組分析及塑模,更進一步以微軟 SharePoint 2007專業知識管理平台進行模組設計與開發。 |
英文摘要 | There were many studies related to the usage of web teaching portfolios, most of them still focused on exploring the relationship between general function and theory of website. Few of them were aimed on the Knowledge-based Management, KM, professional platform to combine the theory and practice for teaching portfolios. The main purpose of study is to develop a set of web teaching portfolio modules based on knowledge management theory and practice. The teacher’s web teaching portfolio does not only provide teachers with an independent, user-friendly and opening access platform but also secure their personal data and form an interactive professional knowledge network. This study expects that teachers would take advantage from the teaching portfolio to cultivate their knowledge management ability and their professional improvement. In addition, it can also help the learner to increase the efficiency of learning and schools’ competition. Based on the previous study of teaching portfolio module, knowledge management theory and knowledge management teaching module were further analyzed and developed on using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007. |
