中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解新竹縣國小教師工作壓力與休閒參與之現況,探討不同背景變項的新竹縣國小教師工作壓力與休閒參與之差異情形以及相關情形。本研究採用分層隨機抽樣方式進行調查,共發出555份,有效問卷為514份,有效回收率93%。回收資料以描述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe事後比較,與皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析,茲將研究發現之結論歸納如下:一、新竹縣國小教師工作壓力現況屬於中間程度,以「工作負荷」層面的工作壓力最高,而「班級教學」、「人際關係」層面較低。二、新竹縣國小教師休閒參與現況屬於中高程度,以「大眾媒體」層面感受程度最大,而「社交活動」層面感受程度最小。三、針對不同背景變項所得結果如下:年齡40歲以下或已婚或年資5年以下、11-15年之教師在「專業知能」感受到的工作壓力較高四、針對不同背景變項所得結果如下:年齡30-50歲或月收入40,000-49,999元之教師在整體休閒參與情形較高。五、六、新竹縣國小教師工作壓力與休閒參與呈現顯著負相關,表示新竹縣國小教師工作壓力愈高,則休閒參與情形愈低。最後,依據研究結論提出具體建議,以供教育相關單位、學校、國小教師及未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to realize the current situation of the working stress and leisure participation of the elementary school teachers in Hsinchu County, and to compare the differences on individual background variables. The subjects are using stratified random sampling to investigate. The total of 555 questionnaires are issued with 514 valid responses received, which account for 93% of all the questionnaires handed out. After statistical analysis, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe comparative method, Pearson product-moment correlation and so on, conclusions are made. The followings are the summary of the study: 1. The stress level of the elementary teachers in Hsinchu County is moderate. "Work Load" is the most severe factor of working stress. On the other hand, "Classroom Teaching" and "Social Connection" are the lowest. 2. The elementary teachers in Hsinchu County feel that their leisure participation is between middle and high level. Among them, "Mass Media" is the most important factor. "Social Activities" are the least one. 3. The results obtaine for the different individual background variables are as follows: The teachers, younger than 40 years old, married, serviced less than 5 years, or teaching for 11-15 years, have higher working stress in the "Professional Knowledge and Ability". 4. The results obtaine for the different individual background variables are as follows: teachers, of 30-50 years of age, or with NT$40,000-49,999 monthly income, have higher leisure participation. 5. The working stress and leisure participation of the elementary school teachers presents a significant negative correlation, indicating the higher the working stress is, the lower the leisure participation will be. As a conclusion, on the basis of the research results, concrete recommendations are proposed for Educational institution, school, elementary school teachers, and future research. |
