中文摘要 | 本論文提出一套設計導向之輔助軟體,用來幫助工程師開發設計各種氣體放電燈之電子式安定器,並可作為驗證所設計的安定器之性能用。此套電腦輔助之整合性開發平台具有燈管特性參數鑑別、電路元件設計和性能驗證之功能。基於所測得的燈管特性和設計規格,經由電腦模擬與數值計算,可產生包含燈管蝴蝶圖、共振槽電路、完整安定器電路和零件表等輸出。一具高功因之40W紫外燈安定器設計例子,用來說明所提出軟體之設計程序,並驗證其有效性與可行性。 |
英文摘要 | A design-oriented auxiliary software for low-pressure gas discharge lamps is proposed inthis paper to effectively assist engineers in developing electronic ballasts and validating their performances. This computer-aided integrated development platform features functionalities of lamp characteristics identification, circuit component design and ballast performance verification. Based on the measured lamp characteristics and design specifications, through developed software analysis and numerical computation, the recommended design outcomes, including resonant tank designer, complete ballast schemeand bill of materials, are generated for the selected lamp type and input voltage range. The design ballast for a 40W ultraviolet lamp with high power factor is taken to illustrate the design procedures and verify the validness and performance of the devised design-oriented platform. |
