中文摘要 | 此研究目的在於評估及描述傳統二維放射治療或三維順形治療與強度調控放射治療應用於治療鼻咽癌在放射劑量分布的優缺點。利用電腦計畫系統計畫二維傳統放射治療合併三維順形放射治療計畫。由電腦計畫系統以反算式治療計劃作成強度調控放射治療的治療計劃,定出計劃靶體積1,臨床靶體積1、計劃靶體積2、臨床靶體積2、計劃靶體積3。結果發現二維傳統放射治療合併三維順形放射治療計畫比強度調控放射治療計劃的計劃靶體積少;而周圍正常器官組織所得劑量亦比強度調控放射治療計劃來得多。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to evaluate and delineate the advantage and disadvantage of conventional 2-D radiotherapy combine with 3-D conformal therapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) dose distribution to nasopharyngel carcinoma treatment. We plan 2-D radiotherapy combine with 3-D conformal therapy by using computer treatment system. We define planning target volume 1 (PTV 1), clinical target volume 1 (CTV 1), PTV 2, CTV 2 and PTV 3 and then use IMRT plan with inverse treatment planning (ITP). We found that the dose coverage in conventional 2-D radiotherapy combine with 3-D conformal therapy is less than IMRT and the dose in other normal organs is higher than IMRT. But in our research, it is obvious to see that the partial skin dose in IMRT plan is 39.7% higher than 3-D conformal therapy. If we can use physical factors to modify IMRT plan and reduce skin dose, the radiation toxicity receive by patient can be reduced, and the application of IMRT will be increased. |
