中文摘要 | 背景:行政院衛生署推動「二年期護理師(護士)訓練計畫」,期藉由有計劃的教育訓練與輔導,使新進護理人員能迅速適應臨床工作,逐步提昇自我專業知識、技能。目的:本研究旨在瞭解接受訓練計畫之新進護理人員及護理臨床教師,於訓練過程中對評量方式之滿意度。方法:本研究為橫斷式描述性研究設計,以接受訓練計畫同意受訪之新進護理人員及護理臨床教師為研究對象,使用客觀結構式臨床測驗(Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE)/迷你演練評量(mini-Clinical Evaluation exercise, mini-CEX)/360度評量滿意度之自擬式結構性問卷進行資料收集。結果:新進護理人員對於OSCE / mini-CEX / 360度評量方式之滿意度量表得分為:69.3±8.5 / 66.3±8.6 / 65.9±10.2分;護理臨床教師對於OSCE / mini-CEX / 360度評量方式之滿意度量表得分為:73.2±8.1 / 72.1±8.3 / 72±8.4分。新進護理人員與護理臨床教師,在此三種評量方式得分皆有顯著差異(p<.001)。結論/實務應用:OSCE評量滿意度在此研究得分較高,期藉由此研究瞭解訓練計畫使用評量方式之合適度,作為未來訓練規劃參考。 |
英文摘要 | Background: The Department of Health conducted a "Two-year Nursing Training Program" to help nurses adapt to clinical environment and to improve professional knowledge and skills within a defined period of time under a well-planned training and mentoring program. Objective: To determine the level of satisfaction of both newly employed nurses and their preceptors in this training program. Methods: This is a cross-sectional research design. Participants included both new nurses and preceptors in the training program who consent to and enroll in this research. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire developed by researchers in this study. It measured the degree of satisfaction among new nurses and preceptors on the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), mini-clinical evaluation exercise (mini-CEX) and 360-degree feedback. Results: The scores reported by the newly employed nurses for OSCE, mini-CEX and 360-degree feedback were 69.3±8.5, 66.3±8.6 and 65.9±10.2. The scores reported by the clinical preceptors for OSCE, mini-CEX, and 360-degree feedback were 73.2±8.1, 72.1±8.3 and 72±8.4. All three assessment methods showed significant differences between both groups (p<.001). Conclusion and application: Both groups reported the highest score in the OSCE test. The results may be a reference for future training programs. |
