中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學校長「教練領導」之理論模式及其應用,以供校長領導實務之參考。為達成研究目的,主要透過理論分析,蒐集教練領導相關資料,探究教練領導概念的發展,建構教練領導架構。研究結果發現:教練領導概念日漸受到重視;校長「教練領導」理論模式內容包括:1.教練領導的基本概念;2.教練領導的理論基礎;3.教練領導的適用時機;4.影響教練領導成效的因素;5.教練領導的應用歷程與實施方式等五個主要項目。最後,根據理論的啟發,提供校長應用教練領導的策略與具體做法,以提升學校經營管理的效能。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims at exploring the theories and applications of coaching leadership from the perspective of principals in elementary schools. By theoretical analysis and data colleting of coaching leadership, this research tires to explore the development of coaching leadership and then offers a construction. The findings suggest that the concept of coaching leadership has been attracted more attentions; and the theoretical model of coaching leadership include: 1. the basic concept; 2. the theoretical basis; 3. the time of application; 4. the factors influencing the effect; 5. the application of coaching leadership. Finally, constructive strategies based on the theories were offered to the principals for improving the efficiency of school management. |
