中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討增強式訓練對高中生壁球選手下肢爆發力、移位速度影響之研究,本實驗係以14名高中生(男8名,女6名,共14名)壁球運動員為受詴對象,實驗前先進行前測,檢測項目有垂直跳、立定跳遠、60m衝刺跑。本研究實驗時間共進行四週,每週3次增強式訓練,第1、4週分為前、後測驗,實驗分組依據前測成績,採隨機分配方式進行分組,區分為訓練組及控制組,檢測所得參數以單因子共變數進行統計分析。本研究結果發現:經四周增強式訓練後訓練組在下肢爆發力立定跳表現上比控制組更有效果;而在垂直跳能力表現方面訓練組也比控制組更有顯著的提升,對於移位速度能力表現上訓練組也優於控制組達顯著效果。最後,研究者根據研究結果提出建議,以供教練及選手做為訓練或後續研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of plyometric training on lower limb power, movement velocity of senior high school squash players. The research had Fourteen senior high school (8 male and 6 female) squash team players for subjects. All the subjects conducted a test before the training. Including, the height of vertical jump, length of stand jump and 60- meters sprint. This experiment last for four weeks, and we applied plyometric training three times a week, the first and the final week is the experiment time. The dividing of the two groups (test group and control group) was randomly based on the grade we have after the experiment on the first week. The information we got are examined in ANCOVA analysis. And the result showed that: after four weeks of plyometric training, the test group were apparently better than the control group in the height of vertical jump; and also a noticeable promotion in length of stand jump. As for the movement velocity, the test group makes a more significantly improvement compared with the control group. Finally, the researcher gives out the advice on the basis of the result for coaches and athletes as a reference on training or research. |
