| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為暸解護生基護實習壓力狀況,並進一步探討其連續性之改變情況與護生人格特質之相陽陸。以北部某專校護理科五專基護實習生為研究對象,探討基護實習壓力感受及其改變程度與護生人格特質之相關性。研究工具包括護生基本屬性、許氏實習壓力量表及艾森克人格特質量表(EPQ-RS)三部份,研究方法採用縱貫式研究法,分別探討實習前、實習第一週、第二週及第三週護生實習壓力之改變程度。資料分析以描述性統計、t-test、單因子變異分析(oneway ANOVA)、皮爾森積差相關(Pearson correlation)及重複測量變異數分析(repeated measures ANOVA)。本研究結果如下:一、護生基護實習壓力呈輕到中度之間,實習過程中壓力總分及平均值有逐漸降低情形。其中以擔心實習成績不好、疾病處理能力及經驗不足、醫學用詞不熟悉為實習前後最明顯之壓力。二、護生人格特質中以神經質人格特質與壓力成正相關,顯示神經質特質對壓力情境反應較大。本研究希望藉此協助教師認識護生實習壓力變化與人格特質之相關,可作為教師了解護生基護實習的經驗及困難,且依學生差異提供個別協助及教導,並改進臨床教學,以達學習成效提昇之目的。 |
| 英文摘要 | Changes of the Stress arid Relationship with Personality in Fundamental Nursing Clinical Practice among the Nursing Students with Different Stage The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress profile of nursing students when they proceed fundamental nursing clinical practice, and further to investigate the relationship between the continuous change of stress and nursing students' personality. The subjects of this study were second grade students at the nursing college in Taipei. The instruments was used in this study including 「Personal Basic Data Form」、「Clinical Practice Stress Scale」、「EPQ-RS」. The longitudinal descriptive research design was applied. The data was collected at 4 phases: before clinical practice after one week clinical practice、week 2、and week3 and was analyzed by described analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA、Pearson correlation and repeated measures ANOVA. The results were as follows, first, the nursing clinical practice stressors were identified and the level of stressors was between mild to moderate by nursing students. The total score and average of stress was decreased. The most obvious stressors for students were including worrying about the grade of their clinical performance, inexperience on their judgment and decision making in relation to providing nursing care, unfamiliar with medical terminology. Second, the characteristics of personality on nursing students with nervous personality correlated with the stress, showing that nervous pressure on the characteristics have larger reaction. The findings of the study will help educators to know more about changes of stress and relationship with personality. It will also help nursing educators to understand the difficulties on nursing students and to assist them individually which can promote the quality of clinical practice as well as to improve the quality of teaching. |
