中文摘要 | 二氣化氯被美國環境保護署(EPA)及美國食品藥物管理局(USFDA)確認可作爲自來水、污水處理、食品加工水及環境保護等消毒之用。本研究主要探討二氧化氯溶液對茭白細菌性基腐病菌(Enterobacter cloacae SM1)與彩色海芋軟腐病菌(Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1)等植物病原細菌之殺菌效果。寶驗利用150 ppm, 15 ppm, 1.5 ppm等不同濃度之二氧化氯溶液分別對E. cloacae SM1,E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1等不同植物病原細菌進行處理,並以2, 3, 5-triphenyl-tetrazolium chloride(TTC)爲活菌生長之指示劑,經4小時培養後,在波長545 nm下測其吸收值,實驗結果顯示150 ppm濃度之二氧化氯溶液對E. cloacae SM1及E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1菌株具有顯著之殺菌效果,在15 ppm濃度下對E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1菌株之殺菌率仍高達95.7%,但對E. cloacae SM1菌株之殺菌率則只有55.2%。另外,當二氧化氯溶液在15 ppm時,其pH值(6~8)改變,對E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1菌株之殺菌率並無顯著之改變。 |
英文摘要 | Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) has been approved by the USEPA and USFDA for disinfection of drinking water, wastewater treatment, food processing water, and environment protection. In this work, the disinfection effects of ClO2 solution on Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1 and Enterobacter cloacae SM1 in water were evaluated under conditions including various concentrations (150, 15, and 1.5 ppm) of disinfectant and pH values from 6 to 8. Using 2, 3, 5-triphenyl-tetrazoliurn chloride (TTC) as a bacterial growth indicator, the bactericidal efficiency was examined by the absorbance of optical spectrum at 545 nm after incubation for 4 hrs. The results showed that the bacteria of E. cloacae SM1 and E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1 were completely disinfected at ClO2 concentration solution of 150 ppm, while the inhibition rate at 15 ppm against E. carotovora subsp. carotovora ZL1 and E. cloacae SM1 was 95.7% and 55.2%, respectively. Moreover, the inhibition rate of ClO2 solution (15 ppm) was relatively constant by varying pH values from 6 to 8. |
