中文摘要 | 水溶性聚苯胺(PANI)經由界面聚合合成過程中,苯胺單體(ANI)與聚(磺酸苯乙烯)(PSS)分別溶於不相溶水相和有機相中並於界面發生聚合反應。以定電位法(chronoamperometry)將白金(Pt)粒子沉積分散在PANI-PSS 載體作為觸媒電極,為了比較目的,我們準備白金沉積在銦錫氧化物(ITO)(E-Pt)電極表面。利用循環伏安法(cyclic voltammetry)及定電位法得知PANI-PSS-Pt 電極對甲醇氧化之有較好的催化能力及穩定度。利用傅利葉紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)及固態核磁共振(Solid-State C13 Magnetic Resonance ; S-NMR)確認高分子結構。使用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM) 及X-ray 繞射儀對PANI-PSS-Pt 和E-Pt 表面形態分析及結晶行為分析。 |
英文摘要 | Water dispersible polyaniline (PANI) have been conveniently synthesized via the interfacial polymerization route using aniline (ANI) with ammonium perxodisulfate in aqueous poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PSS). Particles of platinum (Pt) were successfully electrodeposited onto polyaniline -poly(styrene sulfonic acid) (PANI-PSS) film by chronoamperometry method. For the comparative purpose, particles of platinum (Pt) were electrodeposited on surface of ITO (E-Pt). The cyclic voltammetry study and chronopotentiometry measurements demonstrated that the PANI-PSS-Pt electrode had superior electrocatalytic activity of methanol oxidation with less CO poisoning. Functional group analysis of PANI-PSS was examined using FT-IR and S-NMR analysis. The morphology and crystalline behavior of PANI-PSS-Pt and simple E-Pt electrodes were determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. |
