| 中文摘要 | 由於以往臺北港相關地形變遷數值模擬多為長期海岸變遷研究,模擬過程皆以現況地形配合全部完成配置進行模擬,較少針對建港細部過程進行局部及短期性港址附近及對鄰近地區海岸地形變化的研究。因此本文利用蒐集分析淡水河口水文特性、歷年臺北港海域地形及臺北港分年工程建設過程等相關資料,探討臺北港鄰近海域地形短期變遷特性,利用林等(1996)及江等(1996)所發展之海岸地形變遷數值模式驗證此一短期特性,界以預測短期性擴建可能引起之地形變化。文中除以過去94~95年間海岸地形變化驗證數值模式,分析短期地形變遷模式之特性,並探討在短期模式中淡水河輸砂特性,獲得良好結果;最後並預測民國100年臺北港二期工程建設擴建完成後海岸地形變化趨勢。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the past, most numerical simulations of topographical change in coastal areas near Taipei Port were long-term predictions with the presence of the harbor. There is little research which has considered the effect of partial harbor construction on topographical change in a short-term, which maybe an important information to harbor builder. The aim of this paper is to establish a numerical model to predict the short-term impact of harbor structures on topographical changes during the construction period of Taipei Port. The morphological model is based on Lin et al.(1996) and Chiang et al.(1996), and was successfully verified using bathymetry between October 2005 and October 2006. The characteristics of sedimentary transport by the Dan-Suei River were also verified with flow field results from averaged tidal currents and near shore currents. The short-term morphological model for Taipei Port is established and used to predict the influence of topographical changes, while second stage construction was being finished. |
