中文摘要 | 少子女化與高齡化趨勢為台灣目前社會所遭遇的重大議題,為學校帶來的影響首當其衝的是班級數減少、超額老師增加及校園閒置空間的情況。對於學校未來的經營及管理除了朝向特色校園和課程外,如何拓展學校及運用校園空間、活化賦予新生命,朝向 由社區面向思考學校為社區凝聚中心的概念為學校經營永續長遠的作法。此外,結合社區居民終身學習的推廣與學校校務發展為另一條可規劃的路。本文嘗試以少子女化、成人教育和學校閒置空間規劃會遭遇的挑戰來探討,最後提出學校空間整併規劃經營的因應策略。 |
英文摘要 | The fashion of less birth rate and the aging trend are the major issues that Taiwan society encountered currently, and they lead to the decreased number of classes, the problem of excess number of teachers and the idled spaces on campus for schools. As for future operation and management for schools, except for turning into the specific and unique campus and curriculum, how to expand schools and utilize the campus spaces with activating and giving them with new life; with the aspect of community to think and consider the concept of schools that as being the connectivity center of communities, and can be the possible way for schools’ sustainable operation; in addition, it can also be combined with the promotion of lifelong learning for community residents with schools affairs to develop another configurable way. However, this study is attempted to adopt those challenges that will be encountered in the issue of less birth rate, adult education and the planning of idle campus space to explore, and then proposed the responsive strategy to the integration and mergence, planning and operation for school spaces. |
