英文摘要 | A new multiple-mode (including voltage, current, trans-conductance, and trans-resistance modes) universal biquad by using three differential difference current conveyors (DDCCs), four grounded resistors, and two grounded capacitors is presented in this paper. The proposed biquad can realize voltage, current, trans-conductance, and trans-resistance modes universal filtering responses (low-pass, high-pass, high-pass, band-pass, notch, and all-pass) from the same topology. Moreover, the new multiple-mode biquad enjoys many important advantages: using only grounded passive components, cascadably connecting the former voltage-mode stage and the latter current-mode stage, no need of extra inverting and non-inverting amplifiers for special input signals, and low active and passive sensitivities. This paper also shows how analytical synthesis synthesis can be used to produce the proposed multiple-mode filter circuit. H-Spice simulation results confirm the theory. |
