Ti 有較快的磷灰石形成能力,且不同濃度的鹼處理也 會影響磷酸鈣層的形成速率,且以10 M 之NaOH 進行鹼處理可得到最好的結果。因此,本研 究指出以NaOH 進行鹼處理可在Ti-7.5Mo 製作具生物活性的表面。 |
英文摘要 | Bioactive coatings on c.p. Ti and Ti-7.5Mo were prepared by a simple chemical technique. Specimens of these metals were initially immersed in a 5 or 10 M NaOH solution at 60°C for 24 h,thus resulting in the formation of a nano-porous network structure. The specimens were then immersed in simulated body fluid (SBF) at 37°C for 3, 7 and 28 days, respectively. The apatite-forming ability of the alkali-treated Ti-7.5Mo was higher than that of the alkali-treated c.p. Ti on exposure to 5 or 10 M NaOH aqueous solutions. Moreover, by comparing the effects of different alkali treatment solutions (5 or 10 M NaOH) on the formation and thickness of the calcium phosphate layer, it can be concluded that the best results were obtained by using the 10 M NaOH solution. The results of this study suggest that the alkali treatment of Ti-7.5Mo by NaOH aqueous solutions is a suitable method for providing bone-bonding ability to a Ti-7.5Mo surface. |
