中文摘要 | 當代管理大師Drucker 主張知識對目前的管理革命時期是很重要的,因此知識管 理議題受到許多學者與實務者的重視。知識可分隱性知識(tacit knowledge)與顯性 知識(explicit knowledge)兩大類,其中隱性知識的移轉並不容易,過去學者與實務 者多半著重在顯性知識的研究,缺乏對於如何移轉隱性知識的探討。 據此,本研究以個案方式說明,台灣的某服務業企業如何移轉隱性知識的過程, 也讓該企業朝向學習型組織。 本文以縱貫法進行質性研究,資料蒐集取得57 人的訪談、226 份觀察紀錄與內外 部等文件;資料分析遵從紮根理論的概念,採NVivo 7.0 軟體分析349 個電子檔案, 共計1456 頁的文件內容,譯碼時交互採用開放性譯碼與主軸性譯碼,以歸納出結論 與實務意涵。 |
英文摘要 | The contemporary management guru, Drucker believes that knowledge is essential for the current management revolution. In addition, many scholars and business practitioners have greatly emphasized on the topics of knowledge management. Knowledge is mainly divided into two main categories including the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, in which the transfer of tacit knowledge is considerably difficult and intricate. Previously, most scholars and business practitioners focused on the research of explicit knowledge but there were very few investigations on methods to transfer tacit knowledge. Therefore, this study adopts a case study design to illustrate the process of transferring tacit knowledge within a service enterprise of Taiwan and promotion of the enterprise in becoming a learning organization. This study adopts a longitudinal qualitative approach to analyze the data in compliance with the grounded theory. In addition, 349 digital files which have a total of file content with 1456 pages are analyzed by the software--NVivo 7.0. During the process of decoding, open coding and axial coding are interchangeably used. Subsequently, the results are summarized into conclusion and practical implication. |
