中文摘要 | 東莨菪素(scopoletin)係屬於香豆素類(coumarin)之衍生物,其具有許多療效及抗氧化作用。Noni果汁中含有豐富的scopoletin及其衍生物。本研究串聯UV(345 nm)及螢光(Ex:335nm, Em:455nm)偵測器進行noni果汁之分析,層析圖顯示除scopoletin外,尚有三個具有此螢光特性之化合物含存於其中,又此三個波峰可以被β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-glucosidase)水解產生scopoletin,故推測此三個化合物為scopoletin之含醣衍生物,兩者間以β-glucosidic bond鍵結。經分離純化後,分別以LC-Mass及NMR進行鑑定,酸水解並利用醣分析管柱配合曲折率偵測器進行醣類鑑定。結果顯示三個scopoletin之衍生物,分別為scopoletin7-O-glucosyl-(6'-1")-glucoside、scopoletin-7-O-β-glucoside(scopolin)、scopoletin7-O-glucosyl-(6'-1")-apioside (xeroboside; hymexelsin)。 |
英文摘要 | Scopoletin, the derivative of coumarin, has been found to exhibit multi-curing activities. Different from other fruit juice, noni juice was found particular rich in scopoletin and its derivatives. Three other compounds with similar fluorescence to scopoletin have been identified in HPLC chromatographic profile. All these three compounds (A, B and C) have been isolated and could be converted to scopoletin by β-glucosidase digestion. All these compounds were subjected to controlled acidic hydrolysis analysis, LC-Mass and NMR analysis. From the results of all these measurements, the chemical structures of these three compounds were tentatively identified as scopoletin 7-O-glucosyl-(6'-1")-glucoside, scopoletin-7-O-β-glucoside (scopolin) and scopoletin 7-O-glucosyl-(6'-1")-apioside, respectively. |
