中文摘要 | 台灣的平均年降雨量達 2,510 公釐,為世界平均值的 2.6 倍,但是根據統 計,台灣地區是世界排名第十八位的缺水國家。近年台灣本島缺水窘境亦有 所聞,故擬應用類神經網路建立一般區域水資源調度之操作系統模式,並融 入壓力管理觀念進行水資源系統供應與需求模擬演算,以探討桃園地區各淨 水場之總出水量調度問題來延伸分析國內水資源的問題。 經蒐集台灣自來水公司淨水場實際近 3 年歷史水量資料,使用 MATLAB 軟體進行資料前處理及塑模工程,經測試後發現預測效果良好,可實現區域 水資源及時調度及預警控制目的 |
英文摘要 | The average annual rainfall of Taiwan reaches 2,510 mm, which is 2.6 times of that of the world. However, According to the relevant statistics, Taiwan ranks the 18th in the world in terms of the shortage of water supply. In the past few years, there have been water shortages in this country. Therefore, we intend to use computer to calculate and predict the water supply and demand conditions and establish such an optimal water distribution mode. In addition, the stress management concept is incorporated in the algorithm. Our aim is to address the water resource issue of this country through the optimal water distribution mode for Taoyuan. The data of the water purifying field in the past three years have been collected and mold work has been carried out. Uses the MATLAB software to carry on in front of the Back propagation neural network could give out accurate predictions. Therefore, the Back propagation neural network may be used for optimal water distribution and to give out early warnings in case of water shortages. |
