中文摘要 | 車床是傳統工作母機中使用最多的機床之一,一般只知能加工對稱的圓 形,但若能加以變化,利用數控車床的特殊功能,不但工件可旋轉,車刀亦 可旋轉,可從 x 軸及 z 軸進刀,依機器的不同,車刀旋轉方向亦可不同,利 用車床可車銑出截面為擺線的螺旋面,問題是如何設計成型車刀刃口外形, 本文在分析數控加工的特點上,以逆算法將幾何模型與物理模型相結合,真 實地反映出實際加工情況,使模擬計算效果更加精確,從而可部分或全部取 代試銑切環節,縮短加工周期,節省加工成本。利用已知螺旋面的擺線截面 逆算求解來設計成型車刀刃口外形,可作為此類相關研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Lathe is one kind of very useful conventions machine tool. In general, lathe can manufacture with the symmetry of round shape. However, if Numerical Control lathe can use special functions, i.e. workpieces of lathe and turning tool are permitted to revolve and turning tools feed of x axis and z axis. Numerical Control lathe can manufacture the revolving cycloid surface. Using inverse theorem, a united geometrical model of revolving surface is presented lays on theoretic basis configuration of revolving cycloid surface. The configuration combines geometrical model with physical model, the real manufacturing condition is reflected and simulation result is more precise so that the experimental machining process can be ignored and period of manufacturing is to be shortened and product cost is to be lowered. This paper will be planed to research on turning cutting edge for revolving cycloid surface design. |
