中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討國民小學教師組織承諾。本研究採取文獻分析與調 查研究的方法。調查研究以台中縣公立國小577位教師為研究樣本。蒐集資料後分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關進行資料分析。 本研究得到下列結論: 一、教師組織承諾情形頗佳。 二、不同教師性別、學校規模、學校所在地教師,教師組織承諾沒有差 異。 三、教師年齡較大、服務年資較長或兼任主任或師專、師範畢業之教師 在教師組織承諾分數較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study aimed to investigate teacher's organizational commitment in elementary schools. The study adopted literature review and questionnaires as the research methods. The subjects include 577 teachers in certain public elementary schools in Taichung county. The collected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this study are as following: (1) The general situations of teacher's organization commitment show positive response. (2) In terms of teacher's organization commitment, there is no difference in teacher's genders and school magnitude. (3) Teachers who have more teaching experiences or teachers who take administration jobs have higher scores in teacher's organization commitment. So do those teachers who graduate from universities of teacher's education. |
