中文摘要 | 近年來我國在經濟上的發展,面臨各開發中和已開發國家的競爭壓力,由於中國大陸市場崛起及廉價勞力之優勢,致使我國同類產品在國際市場上的競爭能力受到了嚴厲的挑戰。為因應當前國際經濟情勢,我國必須朝技術密集、高科技工業和高級服務業的方向發展,積極提昇技術層次,鼓勵研發與創新,藉以提高附加價值作為提昇競爭力的主要對策。我國技職教育所培育出的人才,向來為經濟發展人力的中堅,為了國家經建轉型的人才需求,必須強化基礎能力、應用技能與實體製作之能力。本文係以平衡木橋和槓鈴舉重的機器人機構為設計目標,藉由本研究之製作,以培育機器人機構設計、氣壓迴路設計、電控電路設計與實作之能力;研究結果顯示,本線控機器人確實能完成走平衡木橋和槓鈴舉重的動作。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, because of the cheapest labor in the mainland China, the competition of our industrial products in international market challenged by the China product becomes more serious. To overcome the drawback, the enhancement of the technology-intensive industry, the high technology product, the high-ranking service field by using promoting the research ability and creating the innovation to increase the product value is necessary. The technician in industry plays an essential role in Taiwan. How to educate a qualified person in industry becomes compulsory. Therefore, the strength of the technology education in theoretical foundation, integrated practical skills, and integrated applications is extremely important. In this paper, a robot used to pass through the equilibrium bridge and execute a barbel lifting is proposed. The main purpose is to educate the technology student the design and practicing ability in mechanism, hydraulics, electrical circuit via the robot design. Consequent, the function of the wire-controlled robot in the traveling of equilibrium-bridge and the weight lifting of barbell can be successfully accomplished. |
