| 中文摘要 | 摘 要 教育行政的運作是價值重新分配的過程,行政者的每一項作為或措施,都會使某 些人獲得好處、某些人犧牲利益。學校行政人員在執行業務時常面對兩難困境的 挑戰,且必須立即做決定,這些問題的決定不僅涉及事實層面,更涉及倫理價值 層面,所以學校行政人員作倫理決定時,不但要做管理上的判斷,同時必須考慮 價值選擇的正確性、合理性及公平性。本文先分析教育行政倫理決定相關意涵, 探討學校行政人員作倫理決定時應有的理念與作為,再以Rest的倫理決定四成份 模式為架構,針對一真實案例作應用分析,並對學校行政人員提出具體的建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | Abstract School administration is a process of value re-distribution; when a decision is made, some benefit and some are sacrificed. Administrators in the school system have been facing many dilemmas and challenges as they implement administrative policies. Administrators are usually required to make correlated decisions straightaway; some of the decision-making involves not only facts but also the ethical dimension. On making decisions, administrators must engage in the ethical choices including of accuracy, rationale, and equity. The paper firstly analyzes the correlated connotations on the ethical decision-making and discusses the requisite conceptions and behaviors of the administrators while making ethical decisions on school administration. It further applies Rest’s four-component model to a case study and proposes suggestions for school administrators. |
