中文摘要 | 本研究目的:1.定出本科畢業生未來工作範疇、2.建構本科學生應具備之 能力指標、3.結合市場需求與學校特色發展幼保科本位課程。藉由文獻蒐集與 分析了解本位課程意涵與發展,以及幼兒教保環境之概況。運用焦點團體座談 與專家諮詢,完成建構本科學生應具備之能力指標,並發展出結合市場需求與 學校特色發展本科本位課程。研究結果發現:依據文件分析歸納出本校幼保科 畢業生未來工作範疇,包括教保人員、兒童福利專業人員以及兒童相關產業工 作者;本科學生應具備之能力指標包括:一般能力,包含六項指標;專業能力, 包含十一項指標。本科本位課程包括一般科目上10 門課,以及專業科目31 門課。 |
英文摘要 | The goals of this research were to formulate the future vocational scope of undergraduates in the program, to construct the capability of undergraduates, and to develop the standard curriculum which integrated market demands and school features. The techniques of the research included the literature collection and the analysis to understand the meaning and the development of the standard curriculum, as well as the environment of the early childhood care and education. Other techniques are the focus seminars and consultation of experts, which helped to construct capability of the undergraduates, and to develop the standard curriculum which integrates the market demands and the school features. According to the document analysis, the result of this research concluded the future vocatinal scope of undergraduates as childcare workers, child welfare specialists as well as child-related industry workers. The undergraduates should have the capability of general ability which contains six indexes and professional ability which contains 11 indexes. The standard curriculum of the program includes ten general courses and thirty-one professional courses. |
