| 中文摘要 | 香港爆發致死流感,學校遂停課兩週避免擴大群聚傳染,突顯學校室內生物氣膠的感染風險在空氣品質管制上之重要性。本研究經19 個採樣點監測結果顯示其生物氣膠濃度各區間排序為「活動中心」、「醫務所」、「學生寢舍」與「閱讀室」平均總細菌菌落數分別為1703、1597、980、745 CFU/m3;平均真菌菌落數為1517、1099、627、450CFU/m3,顯示學校環境之細菌與真菌菌落數之參考比值約為1.12-1.65 間。 續以濃度為115–500 mg/L 的活化二氧化氯消毒液,進行「一次式手持噴霧」與「連續式超音波氣霧」之消毒效能比較,結果顯示在室溫20-25℃時,兩者皆能在30 分鐘後有效降低菌落數24.1%-71.8%;若加強115mg/L 活化二氧化氯超音波氣霧的釋放散播(2.4+0.2 公尺/秒),亦能在50 分鐘後提升消毒效能至91.6%。本研究成果能作為學校環境室內生物氣膠中菌落風險評估與消毒規劃依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | Excess amount of bacteria colonies suspended in indoor air space severely affect indoor air quality (I.A.Q.), which leads to difficulties in epidemic prevention and infection control. Hong Kong explosion causes death flu, in order to avoid extensions gathering to infect a school to suspend classes for two weeks. The air quality control is very important to school environment. As a monitor result through 19 samples, its concentration of bio aerosols in each zone could be arranged a preface: "Activity center"> "Medical">"The student sleep shed" > "Reading room". The average total bacteria and fungi were counted respectively to 1703/1517, 1597/1099, 980/627, 745/450 CFU/m3. Their Specific values were regarded as about 1.12-1.65 in this environment. This research takes various concentrations as 115–500 mgs/L activated chlorine dioxide solution; carry on "a type hand hold to spray fogs" with the comparison of the disinfection effect of "continuous type ultra sound spirit fog". Show both as a result when about 20-25℃ is at the indoor temperature, all the ability is valid for 30 minutes to reduce 24.1% -71.8 % total bacteria. If strengthen a 115 mgs/L chlorine dioxide ultrasonic fog dissemination by 2.5 m/s air flow, also the ability will promote disinfection effect to 91.6 % in 50 minutes. This research result the canning does pursue studies the school environment indoor bio aerosol to fall risk valuation and disinfection program. |
