中文摘要 | 臺灣半導體產業的發展以水平分工型態的產業體系為主,擁有較大的彈性、快速的反應能力以及較低的投入風險。在專業分工的型態下,設計業必須倚賴製造業代工生產,所以其關係密不可分,因此本論文將重點放在設計公司選擇代工廠時所考慮因素之探討。首先,將IC設計公司依產品別以及產品應用別分類,利用13個因素:政經環境、採購管理、財務能力、物料管理、規劃能力、過去整體表現、製程技術、發展性、人力資源管理、服務態度、製程管理、公衛管理以及品質管制,每個因素各用2到10個不等的問題來衡量設計業的重視程度。問卷發放對象為臺灣69家專業IC設計公司,利用變異數分析,探討各群設計公司對評選因素重視程度之差異。 |
英文摘要 | In terms of specialized division of work, IC design industries have to rely on IC manufacturing industries to produce on their behalf. Thus their relationship with these industries is closely interwined. This paper primarily focuses on conducting an analysis on the relationship of wafer foundry and IC design houses in the Taiwan IC industries. The design houses are classified based on product type and product application. Using political-economic environment, purchasing management, financial ability, material management, planning ability, past general performance, process technology, development prospect, human resource management, service attitude, process management, sanitation management, and quality control as wafer foundry selection criteria, the 13 criteria were assembled into a questionnaire, which was mailed to 69 professional IC design houses in Taiwan. The ANOVA method was adopted to understand the differences each group of design houses have on importance of recognition of wafer foundry selection criteria. |
