中文摘要 | 本研究針對領導型態、組織文化、全面品質管理及經營績效,並以新竹科學園區廠商為對象進行線性結構模式探討。研究結果如下:(1) 高階主管的領導型態會正面影響組織文化的形成;(2) 公司的組織文化會影響全面品質管理的推行;(3) 經營績效的好壞會受到組織文化與是否推行全面品質管理之影響,而與高階主管領導型態的相關性並不明顯;(4) 高階主管的領導型態對於高科技產業的全面品質管理推行不具顯著影響力。在此本研究希望能提供業者實證性相關研究,進而提高經營績效。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the competitive business environment, firms should consider more factors to improve the total organizational performance. According to literatures, leadership styles (LS), organizational culture (OC) and total quality management (TQM) are key factors to affect organizational performance (OP). Thus, the aim of this study is to find the relationship among LS, OC, TQM and OP. A great deal of effort has been made to find the influence factors of OP. However, it is a new approach to concern four factors in the model together. So the purpose of this study is to explore a little further into the causal relationship among LS, OC, TQM and OP. This study focuses on the hi-tech industry at Hsin-Chu Science Park in Taiwan. Three-layer research structure is created a convenience sampling survey. The result indicates that LS is a critical factor to form the OC, and OC has a direct influence on implementing TQM. Both OC and TQM also show direct influence on OP. However, the relationship between LS and OP is not significant; nor is LS and TQM implementation. |
