中文摘要 | 製漿過程中產生的木質素及其衍生物,常造成製漿廢水中的色度。使用微生物及傳統廢水處理流程,不易處理此等含木質素及酚基之廢水,因此能分解木質素系污染物的白腐菌應用在處理製漿廢水日益受到重視。白腐菌雖具有分解木質素系污染物之能力,然而在培養環境中,pH值及溫度為兩項影響微生物生長及酵素反應的重要因子。有鑑於此,本研究藉由兩種白腐菌Phanerochaete chrysosporium 與Trametes versicolor在代謝碳源時,同時代謝木質素相關化合物的能力,針對白腐菌設計多種不同pH及溫度,探求其最適化培養條件來處理硫酸鹽紙漿漂白廢水。實驗結果顯示,適合Phanerochaete chrysosporium處理的最佳條件為pH4.0-5.5、溫度為37℃;而Trametes versicolor處理的最佳條件為pH 4.5-6.5、溫度為30℃。 |
英文摘要 | The pulp mill effluent is somehow colored, and the color is mainly due to lignin and its derivatives released during various stages in the pulping and bleaching process. The complex nature of such lignin compounds and their phenolic nature make them extremely resistant to microbial degradation and conventional treatment methods. Hence, the applications of lignin-degrading fungi are getting more attention. However, the inductions of lignin-degrading systems possessed by white fungi are dictated by temperature and pH of the media. This study employed co-metabolizing capabilities of carbon sources and lignin-related compounds by Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Trametes versicolor to treat kraft pulp bleaching effluents. For determination of optimal temperature and pH, wastewaters were treated by the fungi at various temperature and pH. Results demonstrated that the optimal temperature and pH for Phanerochaete chrysosporium were pH 4.0-5.5 and 37℃; for Trametes versicolor were pH 4.5-6.5 and 30℃, respectively. |
