| 英文摘要 | Confucius was not only a great educator, but also a great thinker and philosopher in China. In the ancient China without modern scientific thoughts, his life attitude and health-care concept were similar to modern food hygiene, nutritional health, diet nutrition, and eating habits, especially in food cooking and eating behavior. The scientific methods are to be admired. Based on "Lunyu, Xiangdang" and the author's many years healthcare experiences, this article aimed to discuss modern healthcare from Confucius' health-preserving diet in order to help modern-day people with busy lives have preserve their own health. |
