中文摘要 | 由於木材保存藥劑品質本身及處理材內藥劑量及分布情形對木材之保存效果、對環境衝擊與施用成本等有直接的影響,因此必需加以準確測量。在眾多方法中,XRF因具有樣品前處理簡單,不需操作危險藥劑之特性,且其分析具有速度快、結果易判讀、準確度高、可偵測元素種類種多、可同時分析多種元素、濃度線性範圍大等優點,已廣泛應用在國外木材防腐及防火藥劑之品管和研發。鑑於國內木材防腐業界及工廠對XRF相對陌生,本篇謹就其原理、使用方法及相關應用做一簡單之介紹。 |
英文摘要 | The efficacy, environmental impact and cost of wood preservatives and treated wood are deeply influenced by the quality of wood preservatives and their amount and distribution in treated wood. There is a need for analyzing treated wood and treating solutions. Among many other methods, XRF provides easy, safe, fast, accurate analysis. It’s been used as quality control and development in many countries. Since it is not as popular as abroad, this text introduce the principle, sample preparing, and some related application of XRF. |
