中文摘要 | 今日,透過網路為媒介,進行購物的消費行為,已經是相當平常的事情。但指數成長的商品資訊,使消費者花費太多時間在搜尋上。如何依個人的需求進行有效率的搜尋是一個重要的問題。另外,目前的線上購物系統都是以古典邏輯為推論基礎,但實際上使用者的想法具有一些不確定性。因此,本文將建立一套推論機制,結合框架與模糊多級推論,應用於數位相機的選購上。透過個人化,讓使用者可依個人喜好與需求進行搜尋,並以多級推論降低系統複雜度,以提高搜尋效率。經實際測試結果顯示本文提出的框架式模糊多級推薦系統應用於數位相機的選購上,較使用階層式分析法結合模糊綜合評估之推薦系統優異,其平均滿意度可達91%。 |
英文摘要 | Today, shopping in the internet becomes quite a usual matter. Faced with expo-nentially growing information volumes and spending a lot of time in searching for consumers. It is an important issue that how to efficiently search in accordance with the personal need. In general, on-line shopping expert systems use classical logic in-ference. However, users have some uncertainty shopping ideas. Therefore, the ap-proach that combines frame-base with fuzzy multistage inference is proposed for a digital camera products recommendation system. The system considers the individual need and use the multistage fuzzy inference to reduce the system complexity. A sur-vey result showed that the users’ satisfaction level is up to 91%. |
