中文摘要 | 本研究以問卷調查進行實證研究,採徒弟觀點來探討師徒間的人際信任作為影響師徒互動的因素,及對於知識移轉程度上的效果。本研究有效回收115份人力資源相關工作者(有效回收率為46%)。利用層級迴歸分析,其研究發現:人際信任對知識移轉程度與師徒功能皆有顯著正向影響,師徒功能對知識移轉程度也具有顯著正向影響,且師徒功能完全中介人際信任對於徒弟知識移轉程度的影響。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a questionnaire survey conducted empirical research to explore the use of protégés perspective of the relationship among interpersonal trust, mentoring functions and degree of knowledge transfer. The effective recovery of 115 copies of the questionnaire research related to human resources workers (the effective rate of 46%). In this study, using hierarchical regression analysis to found: Interpersonal trust had an individually significant positive impact on the degree of knowledge transfer and mentoring function. Mentoring function had a significant positive impact on the degree of knowledge transfer. The mentoring function fully mediation of the relationship between interpersonal trust and degree of knowledge transfer. |
