中文摘要 | 目的:本研究為驗證養生運動對中老年人生理的影響。方法:本實驗參與者共70人,分成長期(LT,N=19,M=9,F=10)、短期(3-M,N=25,M-5,F=20)及對照(CTL,N=26,M=11,F=15)等三組,平均年齡60.56±10.23歲,身高160.60±5.26公分,62.91±7.76,體重62.91±7.76公斤,身體質量指數24.35±2.40。以良導絡生物能量整體分析為研究變項,探討為期三個月修練前、後的影響與評估,針對生理範圍進行24穴位之平均生物能量值、上/下比值等指標來評估健康狀況。經SPSS 12.01 for window,單因子變異數分析(one way ANOVA)統計處理,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:平均生物能量前測值LT(87.40μA)>3-M(62.83 μA),LT>CTL(65.42μA)達顯著差異(p<.05);平均生物能量後測值,無顯著差異(p>.05);平均生物能量⊿%達顯著差異(p<.05),即3-M(25.62±48.29%)>LT(20.09±30.30%),CTL(20.70±43.88)>LT(20.09±30.30%)。上/下比值LT(1.0±0.30)>3-M(0.80±0.23)>CTL(0.78±0.19)達顯著差異(p<.05),顯示LT組在所有臟腑參與維持肌肉骨骼系統之氣血上下平衡狀態優於其他二組。結論:長期從事氣凾養生運動可能影響神經、肌肉與骨骼運動機能之平衡狀態。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The study aimed to verify the effects of Qi Gong regimen exercise in middle-aged and elderly practitioners. Methods: There were totally seventy subjects, divided into three groups: long-term, LT (male 9 and female 10); 3 months experiment, 3-M (male 5 and female 20) and control, CTL (male 11 and female 15), with mean age of 60.56±10.23years, height of 160.60±5.26cm, weight of 62.91±7.76kg and BMI index of 24.35±2.40. The variable items of the Ryodoraku bio-energy of whole body analysis were chosen for this investigation, and evaluated the effects of pre and post during 3 months Qi Gong regimen exercise. We focused on the physiological range by using of the 24 points of mean bio-energy, upper/lower ratio to assess the health condition. The SPSS 12.0 and Excel 2000 for window version statistic analysis, one way ANOVA was conducted to identify the effects and the significance was set at α=.05. Results: They were significant difference in pre test as showed following of LT (87.40μA)>3-M (62.83μA) and also LT>CTL (65.42μA) (p<.05). There were significant difference in the changing rate (⊿%) among three groups, as showed that 3-M (25.62±48.29%)>LT (20.09±30.30%), CTL (20.70±43.88)>LT (20.09±30.30%, p<.05). It also revealed significant difference in the upper/lower ratio as that LT (1.0±0.30)>3-M (0.80±0.23)>CTL (0.78±0.19, p<.05) and demonstrated the long-term group have the better Qi and blood well balance of the Zang Fu, muscles, and bone system than the other groups. Conclusion: This research reveals that the long-term regimen exercise may affect the movement function of neuromuscular and bone's state of balance. |
