| 中文摘要 | 聚丙烯酸鈉(Sodium polyacrylate),是由丙烯酸(CH2CHCOOH)及丙烯酸鈉(CH2 CHCOONa)所聚合而成的聚合物,這種聚合物能吸收其本身重量800倍的蒸餾水,具有超強的吸水能力。本文藉由聚丙烯酸鈉超強吸水特性,於精密鑄造陶殼模製程中添加不同比例聚丙烯酸鈉(2wt%, 4wt%)於背砂中,比較陶殼模到達乾燥的時間,並探討添加聚丙烯酸鈉對陶殼模濕態破斷強度,高溫破斷強度,殘留破斷強度,以及高溫透氣度的影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | Sodium polyacrylate is a polymer made of acrylic acid and sodium acrylate. This polymer can absorb up to 800 times of its weight in distilled water. In this study, with the strong water absorbing capability, various amount of sodium polyacrylate (ie. 2wt% and 4wt%) has been added to the backup stucco for making the ceramic shell mold. The effects of sodium polyacrylate addition on the drying time, the MOR (green strength, hot strength and fired strength) and high temperature permeability of the ceramic shell mold were measured and discussed. |
