中文摘要 | 連續式卸船機為較新型概念之卸船設備,為求解決日趨嚴格的空氣污染、海域污染等法規要求,中鋼公司利用汰換一、二號卸船機之院,引進此型設備。利用連續式抓斗將船艙內原料一斗接一斗挖取,並經本身之輸送設備,達到卸船之功效,除冀望提升卸船效率外,亦善盡企業對環境維護之責任。有別於之前新建置卸船機設備均於現場施工組裝,此次係委由中船公司製作組裝後,再分開上下兩部分,運至中鋼公司碼頭現場安裝,過程快速。工安方面亦整合中鋼公司之廠內運輸處、工安環保處及IHI工安工程師之專業協助,編組一聯合稽查小組,使整個施工過程以零事故成績執行完成。 |
英文摘要 | To solve the air pollution problem, China Steel (CSC) is obligated to meet stricter environmental regulations. A new type Continuous ship Unloader (CSU), which can be operated efficiently and environmental-friendly, was introduced to replace the old type Grab Ship Unloader (GSU). With the different process form the old, the CSU main parts were made and assembled in Taiwan Ship Building Company, then transported to SCS by floating crane, to save time significantly. To assure the zero accident, a safety task force team was organized. |
