中文摘要 | 鑄造為獲得機械產品毛胚的主要方法之一,可謂機械工業之母,整體工業的基礎。其應用範圍相當廣泛,舉凡民生工業用品、醫療器材、運輸工具、機械工業,甚至高精密的航太國防工業也都需要用鑄造方式來生產相關零件。鑄造過程中,若產品發生缺陷,常需以人工補銲方式加以修補,若無法補銲,則需報廢,因而造成極高的成本浪費,且影響產品品質。本研究以田口參數設計方法,尋找影響逆止閥鑄件(鑄件材質:SCS13A(JIS))製程參數之最佳組合,作為生產之作業標準,以針對鑄造製程進行品質改善,降低生產成本。實驗結果顯示:最佳製程參數組合為:澆鑄溫度「中溫度」、矽砂粒度「55-65」、模砂混練機裡黏土之含量為「53kg」、且豎澆道、橫流道、進模口比例「1:2:1」。在確認實驗中,輕微缺陷所佔比率由未改善前之45%提昇至85%;輕微缺陷加上普通缺陷所佔比率由80%提昇至95%,且與預測結果相當吻合,有效的提升了鑄造件的品質。 |
英文摘要 | Casting is one of the methods to obtain blank casts for mechanical products. It is best described as the foundation of the mechanical industry, as well as the entire industrial world. It is also widely applied in industries including the essential goods industry, medical equipment, transportation vehicles, mechanical industry and even high precision defense industry in aerospace technology, all requiring the production of relevant parts and accessories by casting molds. If any severe defect occurs during the process of casting, manual soldering patch repair is often required. When the defect is too severe to repair, the entire cast is then ruined which causes an extremely high cost of waste and also affects products' quality. Taguchi parameter design is employed to identify the best parameter set that affects the output in the casting process. This parameter set can be used as the operation standard in production to improve the quality of casting process. The experiment results showed: the best parameter set for the production process included casting temperature: medium, fineness of silica sand 55-65, clay soil 53kg, and a proportion of 1:2:1 for vertical sprue, horizontal runner and mold gate. As confirmed in the experiment, the minor defect rate increased from 45% before improvement to 85%; and minor defect rate together with normal defect rate increased from 80% to 95%. These results were relatively in accordance with the prediction. |
