中文摘要 | 從過去研究可發現,台灣已有若干研究針對高中職與大學的全面品質管理(totalquality management, TQM)與教學品質加以探討,但是幼兒園導入TQM來強化教學績效的研究,以及有哪些TQM的變數會影響幼兒園教師的教學績效則無。因此,本研究以TQM與教學績效作為理論基礎並發展問卷,來調查79間位於彰化縣的幼兒園,共250位填答者,探討有哪些TQM的變數會影響幼兒園教師的教學績效,以及如何能夠鼓勵幼兒園教師提升教學品質與績效。結果發現,TQM確實能夠協助與引導老師持續改進教學技巧與學習成效,與家長維持良好的溝通關係,以及重視組織內每一位成員的能力與貢獻。但是,私立幼兒園的教師在領導與管理、人力資源與應用、教學計劃、教學過程、教學評量上的自評分數,顯著高於公立幼兒園的教師。本研究也在文中加以討論。 |
英文摘要 | This research looked into previous literature regarding the high school, university total quality management (TQM) and teaching performance, and realized that there was no significant study on kindergarten’s TQM and teaching performance. This research adopted TQM and teaching performance as fundamental basis and developed a questionnaire in search of influencing TQM variables which may drive kindergarten’s teachers into promotion of teaching performance and quality. 250 responses from 79 kindergartens in Changhua were received, and the results showed a positive finding. In particular, TQM can help teachers to improve teaching skill and performance, harmonious relationship with students’ parent, respecting all the efforts of teachers. Therefore the research concluded that TQM in kindergarten have strong power to improve teaching performance and quality. However, the score of leadership, human resource, teaching planning, teaching process and teaching evaluation of such work in national kindergarten is weaker than private kindergarten. |
