中文摘要 | 由於社會結構的變遷,台灣外籍配偶人口成長率逐年增加,政府除了制定相關措施外,並投入大量教育經費,協助其語言識字及生活適應之學習,本研究以居住在台灣之東南亞外籍配偶為對象,進行其學習問題之研究,主要的研究目的如下:(一)探討我國外籍配偶學習之內涵與層面;(二)分析我國外籍配偶所遭遇之學習問題。為達以上研究目的,本研究首先採用文獻探討、文件分析、個案訪談及焦點團體座談等方法,進行質性資料的搜集與分析,以瞭解外籍配偶的學習內涵、層面與問題,其次,據之以編製「外籍配偶學習問題調查問卷」,對外籍配偶進行問卷調查,經由質性與量化資料分析整理後,歸納出以下結論:(一)外籍配偶所處的社經地位、文化差異及個人調適能力,為其學習問題的主要成因;(二)擔任外籍配偶教學的教師應具備自編教材的能力,並依據學習者的背景與差異,進行適性教學;(三)學校在辦理外籍配偶的相關行政事務時,需要社區資源的協助與投入;(四)政府辦理外籍配偶的相關部會及規劃無法統一,造成地方政府和執行外配學習之基層單位諸多問題;(五)外籍配偶的學習問題牽涉到多元文化的面向及社會文化的面向,需要台灣社會的整體再教育。同時,提出五點建議,以供有關單位之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Because of the change of social structure, the population growth rate of foreign spouses is increasing year by year. To help them adapt to learn Chinese as second language and living customs in Taiwan, the government draws up some strategies and puts into a great deal of education budget for foreign spouses. This study takes foreign spouses of Southeast Asia in Taiwan as subjects, and inquires their learning problems. The study purposes are: (1) Inquiring the learning contents and dimensions of foreign spouses. (2) Analyzing the learning problems of foreign spouses. The research methods of this study include: Firstly, literature review, document analysis, interview and focus group discussion are used to collect and analyze the qualitative data. Then, the analysis results of qualitative data are used to develop “Foreign spouses’ learning problem questionary” as a questionnaire, which is used to collect the quantitative data. Lastly, there are five conclusions as: (1) The learning problems of foreign spouses are influenced by their situations of social-economic position, cultural differences and the ability of coordination. (2) The teachers of foreign spouses should have the ability to manage teaching materials and consider their learner background to precede the suitable teaching. (3) When schools execute the learning project for foreign spouses, they need help from local communities. (4) There are existential some problems which are caused by the inconsistence of different department’s plans. (5) Multicultural education is needed for each person to solve the learning problems of foreign spouses in Taiwan. |
