中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討360度回饋,並提出改進我國校長評鑑之可行方案。我國對校長績效的評量主要以校長績效考核、校長評鑑、校長辦學績效評鑑、學校校務評鑑為依據,由於未建立公平合理的評鑑制度,其結果備受質疑。而「360度回饋」的主要目的在於從「重要他人」(包括上司、部屬、同僚等)以及「自我」的評量中,增進校長對於自己的優缺點的了解。作者提出改進中小學校長評鑑的可行方案:(1)規劃建構完善校長評鑑指標,以反映利害關係人的觀點;(2)從360度回饋觀點,規劃完善校長評鑑制度;(3)選取適當的評鑑委員,並實施評鑑知能研討;(4)成立校長360度回饋評鑑業務專責單位;(5)善用全面與系統性的校長評鑑,為學校遴選最優質的校長。 |
英文摘要 | The study aims at exploring 360-degree feedback and proposing a practical way to improve the principal evaluation system is our nation. The assessment of principals' performance of junior high and elementary schools in our nation mainly based on the examination of principals' performance, principal evaluation and evaluation of administrative affairs. But the results were challenged extensively due to the lack of impartial and reasonable evaluation system. The main purpose of "360-degree feedback" is using the evaluation of "important others" (including superiors, subordinates, and colleagues) and "self" to improve the self understanding of pros and cons of the principal. The author proposed a practical way to improve the principal evaluation of junior high schools and elementary schools: (1) Planning to construct a flawless principal evaluation index. (2) To form a perfect principal evaluation system from the viewpoint of 360-degree feedback. (3) To choose appropriate evaluation commissioners and carry out a seminar of evaluation knowledge. (4) To establish a special organization to manage 360-degree feedback evaluation affairs. (5) To use the general and systematic principal evaluation for choosing the best principal of the schools. |
