中文摘要 | 金門在戰地地位逐漸淡去後,取而代之的是兩岸往來的先鋒地位。隨著小三通政策開放及兩岸觀光交流頻繁,金門遂成爲台商、台灣旅遊團體及大陸地區遊客旅遊的轉介點。快速的旅遊型態改變使金門旅行業者在觀念及作業上,面臨轉換的契機,旅行業必須有計畫地對員工進行觀念培訓與再教育,才能因應眾多型態的顧客需求以及多樣化旅遊方式。本研究以金門當地23家旅行業員工爲主要樣本,採用因素分析法探討旅行業從業人員對教育訓練的需求,以建立金門旅行業教育訓練系統持續改善之機制。 |
英文摘要 | Kinmen is an ancient place with old tradition. After the opening of mini links, more and more people get to China by the way of Kinmen. Travel industry which is located at this island is growing. The stuff of employees of Travel Agency is more concerned. This research presents a investigation of the participation of employees in the training motivation, training model and training courses. This study focuses on the status quo of employees' requirement of Travel Agency by means of questionnaire survey. |
