中文摘要 | 國民健康署為了國人婦女的健康自民國93年起漸進式的展開乳房攝影篩檢服務。已接受過乳房攝影篩檢的婦女之涵蓋率也由94年的5.11%增加至102年的35.99%。這表示乳房攝影篩檢活動推動的成功,也說明了放射師的工作量也隨之增加。放射師應於工作中做適當的預防與學習自我保護,以避免在工作中因不當的工作姿勢而造成肢體傷害。本研究依據Ovako工作姿勢分析系統(Ovakoworking posture analysis system, OWAS),以執行乳房攝影檢查的15位女性放射師為研究對象,探討其工作姿勢及施力程度,將工作的姿勢分成腿、手臂、背部及身體四個部分做負荷分析。結果發現乳房攝影放射師站在受試者的斜後方做內外斜位投射影像擺位時,當工作姿勢為立姿背部彎曲及扭轉、手臂高於肩時,危害等級為有極端的危害AC4。希望藉由這個研究的結果來提醒更多的乳房攝影放射師,除了提升乳房攝影之影像品質外,也要提升工作姿勢的安全性。 |
英文摘要 | The Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, progressively expands mammographic screening services for women's health in Taiwan. The coverage rate of mammography screening has increased from 5.11% in 2005 to 35.99% in 2013. This explains the successful of mammography screening, but also shows that the workload of radiologists will increase. The purposes of this article are to provide appropriate protection and to avoid mammography radiologic technologists’ work hazard due to improper working posture. This study was performed on 15 female mammography radiologic technologists who had obtained the certification of the Health Promotion Administration. According to the Ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS), theworkpostures andforcelevels of legs, arms, back, and body were analyzed to determine the work burden, respectively. The results were found that when the mammography radiologic technologists stood in the rear ramp of the subjects with patients positioned by the medial-lateraloblique (MLO) view, their backs might bend, twist, or position with one arm higher than shoulder to let patient close to the examination table. The hazard rating, i.e., action categories (AC), is AC4, which represents the extreme harmful resulted from these postures. We hope that the results of this study will remind mammography radiologic technologists not only to improve the image quality of the mammogram, but also to enhance the safety of working posture. |
