中文摘要 | 本研究主要是希望能在個人式教學檔案之外,探究出團隊式教學檔案的製作方式,為檔案的推動和教師提供更多元的途徑,以促進教師的專業成長。研究採文件分析和訪談的方式進行,計分析四份檔案,訪談八位製作人員,對於團隊式教學檔案製作的內容、機緣、過程、人員特性、發揮功能、成功要件等進行探討。最後,針對學校推動和有意製作人員、未來的研究方向提供建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this present study is to explore ways to make team portfolio. It is hoped that team portfolio can be shown to be a useful alternative to personal portfolio, in terms of teachers' professional development. The data collection methods used in the present study included document analysis and interview. Four team portfolios were analyzed and eight teammates were interviewed. The content, motivation, process, character of members, function, and conditions of team portfolio making were then described. Finally, suggestions were made for teacher application, school implementation, and future research. |
