| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究主要分析男子與女子撐竿跳高選手持竿助跑與起跳期間機械能量變化,以提供教練、選手訓練之參考。方法:以二部每秒120張畫面的攝影機(JVC9800),拍攝九十四年國際田徑邀請賽運動會男女撐竿跳高決賽選手為受試者,以Dempster(1955)14個肢段、21個關節點的人體模型,透過Kwon3D動作分析軟體對選手最佳比賽成績實施二度空間的影片分析,並以皮爾遜積差相關探討參數與成績之間相關。結果與結論:1、助跑最後四步步幅均以最後一步步幅最小,增加起跳時重心高度。2、男女助跑最後十公尺速度均與成績達高度相關,顯示助跑速度是乃是影響成績關鍵因素。3、起跳時水平與垂直速度分配不佳,形成垂直速度過大,起跳後向前彎竿動能損失,無法達到良好豎竿位置。4、男子支撐階段著地時機械能量與成績達顯著相關,較大的機械能量將有較佳動量開始。建議:加強助跑速度、提高最初機械能量及有效分配水平與垂直速度,將有利於成績的表現。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the mechanical energy changes of male and female pole vault during run-up and takeoff. Method: Two cameras (Sony) with speed of 60 frames per second were used to film the male and female pole vault final of International Track and Field Competition in 2005. This study used Dempster's (1995)14-segment and 21-point body model and Kwon 3D movement analytical device to do two dimensional films analyze on athletes' best performance. Also, the relationship between grades and parameters is discussed by using Pearson's product-moment correlation method. Conclusions and Results: 1. Among the last four steps of run-up, the last step is the shortest. This can raise the height of the gravity when taking off. 2. For both male and female pole-vaulters, the speed of last 10 meters in run-up is highly related to their performance. It shows that run-up speed is the key factor to their performance. 3. While taking off, if the horizontal speed and vertical speed doesn't distribute appropriately, the vertical speed will become too fast and the pole bending power will decrease. Thus, to reach a proper plant position will be impossible. 4. For male pole-vaulters, while landing during holding phase, the mechanical energy is highly related to their performance. That means the stronger mechanical energy will cause a better start. Suggestions: To reinforce the run-up speed, to raise the first mechanical energy as well as to distribute horizontal and vertical speed effectively will be advantageous to performance in pole vaulting. |
