中文摘要 | 甲胺類化合物為常用之化學物質,為避免使用過程中造成生態影響及環境傷害,故本研究希望利用生物方法,於批次實驗條件下進行人工合成廢水中甲胺之去除研究。結果顯示,本實驗室擁有之純種菌株TRM1、TRP3、TRP5及TRP6可利用人工合成廢水中200 mg/l以下之甲胺生長,且菌株Acinetobacter baumannii TRP5除可利用人工合成廢水中1000 mg/l以下之甲胺生長外,對1000 mg/l以下之甲胺亦有94.3%以上的去除率。 |
英文摘要 | Methylamine is used widely in industry and can be found in many commercial applications. In order to avoid the wastewater that produces after methylamine using effects the water quality, endangering public health and welfare, the study aim attempted to remove methylamine with the biological method. The aim was also to understand the ability of pure strain in treating methylamine from synthetic wastewater. The results are: Strain TRM1, TRP3, TRP5 and TRP6 could utilize 200 mg/l methylamine for growth from synthetic wastewater. Besides, Acinetobacter baumannii TRP5 could use 1000 mg/l methylamine for growth from synthetic wastewater. The methylamine removal efficiency could exceed 94.3%. |
