中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在檢驗不同運動行為階段學生體育課樂趣之差異情形。以運動樂趣模式(Scanlan & Simons, 1992)及跨理論模式(Prochaska & DiClement, 1982)的概念為基礎,並以Lin, Liao, Hsiao, and Liu (2007) 所發展的體育課樂趣量表及林旭龍和呂昌明(2002)所發展的運動階段量表為工具,463位高中學生參與本研究(有效問卷率為92.6%),填答體育課樂趣量表及運動階段量表後,以單因子變異數分析檢驗本研究的研究問題。結果顯示,不同運動行為階段高中學生在3個體育課樂趣因素的差異均達顯著水準,支持階段分期的概念及體育課樂趣對行為的改變是一個有效度的概念。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of perception of fun in physical education class among different students of exercise behavior stages, basis on the concepts of exercise enjoyment model (Scalan & Simons, 1992) and transtheoretical model (Prochaska & DiClement, 1982). Method: This research revises the behavior stage scale (Lin & Lu, 2002) and the fun in physical education class scale (Lin, Liao, Hsiao, and Liu (2007). High-school students (N=463) completed the fun in physical education class scale, and the questionnaire effective returns-ratio is 92.6%. One-Way ANOVA analyzed that the difference of fun in physical education class among different students of exercise behavior stages. Result indicated that different students of exercise behavior stages were different significantly in the all the fun facts. We confirmed that change of exercise behavior has different stages, also the fun in physical education class is a valid concept to discuss individual exercise behavior. |
