中文摘要 | 傳統型自動測試系統,常因待測裝置改變而需重新設計且需使用較多貴重儀器;今提出模組化自動測試系統設計方法論與相關技術實務,其中,最具挑戰之工作係在符合成本效益與縮短研製期程情況下,達成客製化開發能力。本模組化器,硬體部份包括系統主控電腦、NI公司之RF儀器模組、示波器、GPIB卡、資料擷取卡、測試點開關與矩陣模組、相關介面電路等;軟體部分則包括發射裝置、接收裝置與成品最終動測試程式,其中RF相關程式可適用於2.7GHz以下之頻率可調功能。對各產品之自動測試系統設計步驟,首先,對待測裝置之原理分析、軟硬體架構分析、信號特性分類、統計測試點數量,進而選定適合之模組儀器等。另為獲取待測裝置自動測試之基本數據,可搜尋樣品相關文華並使用相關電子儀器,以手動方式反覆測試驗證待測裝置,以建立自動測試系統資料庫。根據所獲數據資料,系統之應用測試軟體方能順利發展。模組化自動測試系統相關軟硬體經驗証:明顯較傳統自動測試系統更具開發效率、彈性與經濟性,並希本論文能在產品品質提升方面,提供有效對策。 |
英文摘要 | A traditional Automated Test System (ATS) must be redesigned relying on the different device under test (DUT) and need to be deployed more expensive instruments. Nowadays, we propose design methodology and relevant implementing techniques of Automated Test System using modular instruments. The most challenge work is to achieve the developing ability of customer-design under the circumstances of saving cost and reducing implementing period. The ATS may be applicable for two DUT, one is Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS); the other is transponder of civil avionics equipment. The ATS hardware parts consist of master controller, NI co.’s RF modular instruments, oscilloscope, GPIB card, DAQ card, test point switch/matrix modules, and the related interface circuits. The software parts include RF transmitter, receiver, finished product test programs, RF function can be adjustable below 2.7GHz. During ATS design process, first, we would study DUT principle, analyze DUT architecture the organization and classify signals depending on their characteristics. We determined the amounts of DUT test points, and selected the specified modular instruments. Then, using electronic instruments performed it many times manually and followed the specification of DUT circuits, we would build up the measurement database of the system, and system application software would be developed. We demonstrated the modular instruments type of ATS was capable of greater efficiency and flexibility than traditional one. We hope this paper may propose useful methods on rising products quality. |
